Items should be returned in their original packaging and sent to Waterhouse Cottage, Ivy Mill Lane, Godstone, Surrey. RH9 8NE. Refunds (excluding postage costs) will be processed within 7 days. Stripy Giraffe can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post and we would advise customers to return items via a tracked postal service.
